Project name: Control Planning of Nanning South China Town (ASEAN International Industrial Materials Logistics City)
Nanning ASEAN International Industrial Materials Logistics City (referred to as “ASEAN Logistics City”), located in Jiangnan District, Nanning City, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region with a total land area of 227.1 hectares (3406mu), is invested and constructed by South China Holdings Limited with total investment predicted to be over 10 billion yuan and total construction area of more than 490 m2. 
ASEAN Logistics City will base in Nanning, face the North Gulf area and radiate the Southeast Asia. The planned ASEAN Logistics City is located in Shajing Area Center, Jiangnan District, Nanning City with Shajing Road (City Expressway) of Jiangnan District in the east. The land is rectangular from east to west with east-west length of 3.1 km and south-north length of 0.7km. The project is designed to be an exhibition center for industrial raw materials and products with complete types and high modernization, a modern and comprehensive trade logistics center and a high-top production and service base. 
The Logistics City should combine with the base form, present traffic conditions and the distribution of surrounding facilities. Concept of “integration” is adopted in the master design, in which the integrity of the logistics city combined with the phase-target, different functional areas in the logistics city combined with the implementation by stages. The final design is concluded as: step by step, interlocking, from east to west and rolling development.
